What happens if I encounter issues in the future?

If you purchase your HandyCharger through us we offer a full 3 year warranty. This warranty excludes any issues arising from incorrect installation or usage.

Why do you have the RFID tag sign on the front of the HandyChargers?

Even though we don't promote the equipment being RFID tag compatible, we have future-proofed HandyChargers with this internal component, in case Government legislation changes requiring this compatibility.

What happens if something stops working?

In the first instance reach out to your local installer. We find nearly all issues are due to installation, operational issues or damage, as opposed to faults with your HandyCharger.

For all HandyChargers purchased directly from us, we offer a full 3 year warranty as we are confident in the quality and reliability of the units we offer.
